Energy Access CRMs and Operational Platforms
Energy access CRMs are purpose-built to help distributed energy companies manage customers, assets, payments, and field operations at scale. Unlike generic CRMs, they should integrate directly with PAYGo systems, IoT devices and financing workflows, enabling operators and funders to track performance, reduce operational risk, and deliver energy access more efficiently
We design and build CRMs for energy access companies, distributors and program operators, tailored specifically to the operational realities of PAYGo, last-mile distribution,
and high-volume customer management. Our platforms support the full operational lifecycle; customer onboarding, asset deployment, payments tracking, after-sales support, and field operations, while integrating seamlessly with PAYGo providers, mobile money platforms, and IoT devices.
In parallel with client implementations, Eleorun is currently developing a next-generation energy access CRM platform, currently in active deployment for a leading solar home system operator in Malawi. Built from real operational requirements in live market environments, the platform is designed with low operational overhead, simplicity, and cost efficiency in mind. This product is being developed as a scalable multi-tenant solution, positioning Eleorun to offer a dedicated CRM platform purpose-built for the African energy access sector.
