Payments & Energy-asset Data Integrations
We integrate complex payment and data ecosystems across energy access value chains. Our work spans mobile money platforms, PAYGo providers, energy meters, IoT devices, and third party CRMs creating reliable data pipelines that power operations, reporting, and financing.
By unifying payments and technical data, we enable transparent performance tracking and unlock scalable financing mechanisms. Eleorun operates a production-grade payments and data integration platform that connects directly with mobile money providers and downstream client CRMs. The system is currently in active use across Malawi, Burundi, Rwanda, and Zambia, processing live transactions and pushing validated data into client operational systems in near real time.
Our integration work involves:
Mobile money and financial aggregators
We integrate directly with mobile money platforms and financial aggregators to ingest payment, repayment, and transaction data in near real time. This enables accurate reconciliation of customer payments, subsidy triggers, and financing flows, while reducing manual processes and data inconsistencies.
Energy-asset telemetry and usage data ingestion
Our platforms integrate directly with IoT-enabled energy access hardware to capture device status, performance, and operational events from the field, enabling implementers and funders to monitor asset health, usage, and availability remotely while reducing operational risk. We have built and deployed production-grade integrations for manufacturers such as Alpha ESS and Calin, and contributed these integrations back to Prospect. This reflects our belief in open-source collaboration: by strengthening the shared infrastructure of Prospect, we ensure that governments, donors, and energy access companies across markets can benefit from robust, field-tested integrations rather than reinventing them from scratch.
Data pipelines for analytics and reporting
All integrations are implemented through secure, auditable data pipelines designed for traceability and compliance. This ensures that operational and financial data can be reliably used for analytics, reporting, and verification under RBF, carbon, and donor-funded programs.
